Guests are requested to book in between 5.00 and 10.00 pm and vacate rooms by 10.00 am on weekdays and by 11.00 am at weekends unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For the comfort and safety of their guests Andrew and Margaret provide a non-smoking environment at Glenfield. Smoking is not permitted in our bedrooms or bathrooms. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a £25.00 surcharge for additional cleaning and loss of revenue while additional cleaning is carried out.
We do request a non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay (or half the night's stay for a one night stay). The deposit can be made by cheque payable to "Glenfield" or by credit card number over the phone.
Deposits taken to secure bookings are non-refundable. In addition, cancellations or early departure require a minimum of 48 hours notice and booked dates not taken, that fall within this notice period, are payable (less any recovery for re-letting). Room bookings are a contract and we suggest that travel insurance is taken out to prevent unanticipated losses.
