Guests are requested to book in between 5.00 and 8.00 pm and vacate rooms by 10.00 am on weekdays and by 11.00 am at weekends unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For the comfort and safety of their guests Andrew and Margaret provide a non-smoking environment at Glenfield. Smoking is not permitted in our bedrooms or bathrooms. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a £100.00 surcharge for additional cleaning and loss of revenue while additional cleaning is carried out.
We DO NOT TAKE DEPOSITS or any advance
payments. Full payment will be requested at check out.
A charge equivalent to the cost of
the first night's stay, or half the cost in the case of a one night booking becomes
payable in the event of cancellation. In addition 48 hours notice is required of
cancellation and dates booked that fall within this period will be charged in full.
Credit cards will be charged in accordance with these conditions in the case of
cancellation.
A room reservation is a contract and we suggest that travel insurance
is taken out to recover unanticipated costs.
Deposits taken to secure bookings are non-refundable. In addition, cancellations or early departure require a minimum of 48 hours notice and booked dates not taken, that fall within this notice period, are payable (less any recovery for re-letting).
